Dancing on Ice may be over until 2009 on ITV Saturday nights but you can still learn to do many of things the celebrities do down at your local rink,  so get your skates on and join their classes or find a professionally qualified NISA coach.  Do remember that   rental skates and skating lessons do not go together well.   Buy your own.    The better brands and models are all in stock!    We currently have most sizes of Coronation Ace as well as all the Risport/Edea/Graf and New English boots!   The latest  Mission, Reebok & Bauer Nike and CCM ice hockey skates are in stock too.    

For the rollerbladers,    K2 have a fantastic range of skates for 2008 and they're all in stock now.  In our opinion K2  are the best skates available as they offer amazing levels of comfort, performance & looks at great prices.   Remember, they are the original soft boot.  We have  all sizes from children's  12 jr  (size 10jr foot minimum) to adult men's 13UK/49 EU.   There are also some great rental deals and  special offers.   Roller skates  continue to  sell well due to the opening of roller discos in King's Cross, Vauxhall & Wembley.

Those of you who haven't visited our store may be surprised by our limited operating hours (Wed-Fri 12-630pm, Sat/Sun 11-500pm, closed Mon/Tues.)  These hours are concentrated so that we can give specialist advice to our customers who are mostly serious or would-be serious skaters.    Even when we are closed emails are dealt-with on a daily basis.    All staff members are skaters.   We like to think we are the skaters' store, run by skaters for skaters.    Emails are so impersonal we prefer telephone enquiries:

Accurate fittings are essential for all types of skates.  We like to measure your feet very carefully as our aim is to give you the best advice by taking the current standard of skating along with reasonably expectations into consideration.   For your safety we also sell a large range of protective pads, helmets & skate bags/backpacks.
